Mike Pringle is a general practitioner and is the current President of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He was elected as the RCGP’s 23rd President in June 2012, taking up the position in November 2012. He is now retired from clinical practice, having worked as a general practitioner for 30 years. He was Emeritus Professor of General Practice at University of Nottingham.
